Before Your First Class

Pre-book and choose where you want to start: bags, floor or treadmill. First time, be on time, and that means arriving 10 minutes early. We’ll get you your wraps and gloves and show you to your station. And then get ready to sweat and smile.

When Class Begins

GRIT trainers will take it from here to teach you the 6 GRIT BXNG punches and fighting stances. You’ll first warm up the body with dynamic and compound movements. You’ll be amped and prepared for 9 rounds of intervals as the music ramps up and the light show begins. And then you’re off, digging deep and working out.

Rounds 1-6

Two Rounds at Each Station: The Bags, The Floor, and The Treadmill.

THROW PUNCHES. WATER FILLED AQUABAGS, THE LATEST IN BOXING, BUILD STRENGTH AND RELEASE STRESS.

Run, jog or walk. Treadmills build speed and cardiovascular stamina.

Weights and Toning on the Floor. Refine Your Strength, Booty and Core.
